This is the best Mexican food and restaurant in Central Oregon. The authentic atmosphere, service beyond expectation and quality of food and presentation make it a special experience every visit. I recently had them help me cater an event. Yadira and Jorge were amazing! The partnership in planning the event, the delicious food, incredible service, follow-through and timeliness was extraordinary.
My wife and I need to tell about our experience at Carnaval. If you enjoy real Mexican cuisine, this is the place. From the time we walked in the experienced staff was top notch. Our server Diana was very professional, and the food oh boy the best I've had in years. Diffently our new Mexican Restaurant. Go and check them out you WON'T be disappointed.
This place is spectacular. It's.y favorite Mexican place period. It's sort of a gourmet style Mexican. I love all the side pairings that came with the carne asada, including cactus , guacamole, chorizo patty, grilled whole jalapeno, and more. Worth every .

Everything was outstanding!! I can’t believe I waited so long to try this place. The flavor profile in every dish we tried was phenomenal but the Crudo De Tuna is a game changer! Drinks were phenomenal too!! I really cannot recommend this place enough. I will definitely be back to try everything else on the menu!
My friend and I came here for her birthday and had the best lunch! We both got their special of the day which was the pictured tacos that were so flavorful! I got a margarita that was very good as well. I was told by my friend that our waitress was the owner and she was very friendly and gave good information on what we needed. We did not wait very long for our food even though there were only a few other tables available. We will definitely be back!
We had a large party they dealt with very well, and all the food and drinks were delicious. They don't split checks out after six people, so be aware of you go with a group!
